This page explains what information we collect through kyznflow.ai, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Kyznflow LLC is a limited liability company in the United States. For privacy questions, or to ask us to delete your information, email info@kyznflow.ai.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare keeps server logs for a short time. These record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser. Cloudflare may also set cookies that are strictly necessary for security.

The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects your name, your email address and any notes you add.

Your booking details are then sent to three other tools we use to prepare for the call.

• A workflow automation provider, which processes them on servers in Germany.
• A spreadsheet tool.
• A team messaging tool.

Emailing us

If you email us, your message is stored by our email provider.

How we use your information

We use it to arrange and hold the call you booked, to reply to you, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Only the providers described on this page, who handle it on our behalf. A list of the providers we use is available on request.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then deleted.

Visitors in the EU and UK

If you are in the European Union or the UK, you have these rights.

• You can see the information we hold about you.
• You can have it corrected.
• You can have it deleted.
• You can object to how we use it.
• You can complain to your data protection regulator.

Some of our providers are outside the EU and UK. When your information goes to them, it is protected by standard contractual protections.
